Are you a soon-to-be university graduate looking to jumpstart your career with hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development? The BUILD Fellowship is a two-year rotational program designed to provide recent graduates from select colleges and universities in Atlanta, Boston, and New York with exposure to diverse professional pathways at McKinsey.

Who You’ll Work With

As a BUILD Fellow, you will rotate across various teams, gaining real-world experience through a series of assignments in both internal and client-adjacent roles. Throughout the program, you will:

• Develop essential business skills through hands-on work
• Build a strong network of peers, mentors, and leaders
• Strengthen your leadership toolkit and problem-solving abilities
• Learn advanced communication techniques
• Experience McKinsey’s inclusive and dynamic culture

At the end of the program, Fellows may apply for available full-time positions at McKinsey or explore external opportunities. Please note that full-time positions at McKinsey are not guaranteed.

What You’ll Do

• Work across various business functions and gain exposure to different roles
• Be based in Atlanta, Boston, or New York, rotating through multiple teams
• Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to real-world challenges
• Engage in a structured development program to accelerate your professional growth

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for the 2025 BUILD Fellowship, you must:

• Be in the final year of an undergraduate program, ideally in a quantitative or analytical field
• Have earned your degree from a public college or university in Georgia, Massachusetts, or New York
• Demonstrate strong leadership and initiative
• Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be able to work effectively in a team environment
• Have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
