Fellowship Details

We invite applications for 15 Fellowships in two tracks for the period from October 2025 to July 2026. Our Fellowships provide an excellent opportunity to think and reflect on new projects, and connect with other experts and institutions.

Application Deadline: 3 April 2025, 12 noon (CEST)

Why Apply?

• Track 1: Open to both scholars and practitioners.
• Track 2: Exclusively for Rule of Law practitioners, including government officials, legal professionals, NGO/think-tank experts, and journalists.
• Residents of: EU, non-EU EEA countries, UK, Switzerland, or EU candidate countries in active negotiations or pursuing the start of negotiations.

About the Fellowship

The re:constitution Fellowship offers unique opportunities for early-career scholars and practitioners to work on issues related to democracy and the rule of law in Europe. Fellows will have the chance to collaborate, publish, and be part of a European Alumni Network.
