European Fashion Award FASH 2025

Applications for the European Fashion Award FASH 2025 are now officially open.

The award is dedicated to the sustainable promotion of talented design students from all over Europe. It is open to students from all design disciplines – especially from the fields of textile and fashion design.

The European Fashion Award FASH 2025 will be presented in May 2025 as part of the new Munich Fashion Award. The winners will receive a total of 5,000 Euro in prize money.

Students interested in applying are invited to submit their portfolio, letter of motivation, and CV by no later than the designated registration deadline. A distinguished jury of internationally experienced experts will select the finalists before the award winners are chosen in a two-stage process.

The European Fashion Award FASH is one of the most prestigious international awards for fashion students and is presented by the Foundation of the German Fashion Industry (SDBI). Founded in Munich in 1978, the SDBI is the world’s oldest organisation dedicated to supporting fashion students.

The European Fashion Award FASH is organized and financed by Messe München GmbH. The award is made possible by the private commitment of the jury members and the organization team. This ensures that creative newcomers are supported by experienced professionals from the fashion industry, fostering the next generation of talent.
